The Client Experience & Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for guests and callers, serving as the face and voice of the firm. This position ensures a welcoming, professional, and polished client experience while supporting advisors and staff with essential administrative and client service tasks. The role uses skills gained through experience and training to perform routine tasks and receives general guidance to perform a variety of non-routine tasks with limited decision-making responsibility. This individual will maintain office flow, support operational processes, and assist with client service functions. This position requires a high level of dependability, professionalism, adaptability to change, and strong alignment with firm values.
